Update – Order Cut offs Return to normal

Thank you all for your co-operation during this time of adverse winter weather. The snow in the midlands now seems to have past and we are delighted to announce our order cut off times have returned to normal:-

Monday to Thursday we’re open for orders 8.30am through to 6pm
Friday we’re open 8.30am to 5.30pm

Please bear in mind if you are ordering through the internet there can be a short delay of a few minutes from the time the order is placed before it is available for us to process, therefore we suggest all internet web orders, including Teccom, AconneX, Autonet online and GNET are placed 5 minutes before the cut off times. If your not already using web ordering or one of the other internet ordering methods above, why not speak to our sales team about setting up your access.

Internet ordering is your easy way to check pricing/availability and order stock, 24hrs a day 7 days a week. All brands are available through this method, including Brembo, Corteco, Dayco, Denso, Fister, Gulf, Monroe, Splitfire, SKF, Trico, UFI and Veco.

Delay in Deliveries… Sorry!

Unfortunately due to the countrywide adverse weather conditions delivery our times may be delayed.

Universal Automotive will endeavour to deliver within the timescales agreed, however the final decision will be taken by our carriers. Please note that deliveries will not just be affected by the weather conditions at the final destination, but at the pick up and delivery centres en route.

The aim is to develop and manufacture filtration systems in production vehicles, which combine high performance, low costs and reduced dimensions, that is a combination of characteristics that are difficult to find in today’s market.
